the staff was kind and attentive. denzel, the concierge, helped find gluten free restaurants and made reservations. the size of the room was great and the service was perfect.
the gym equipment could be improved.

The staff was warm and genuinely helpful. i experienced thoughtful gestures, like beds and bowls for service animals. every team member showed attentiveness. It was a pleasure to have this level of care.

convenient location quick service outdated decor ac noise
the hotel's location was advantageous. the staff proved helpful and efficient (i particularly appreciated the quick room service).
the room's decor seemed somewhat outdated. also, i noticed noise from the air conditioning unit at night, a slight nuisance.

the room i booked, a pierre beautiful twin room, was very clean. the service was excellent. staff greeted me each time i entered the lobby.
the gym was not well equipped. some things in my room were broken. i found this disappointing.
